Dorchester cemetery,
section 16, 8-3, established 1882.
There was a earlier city cemetery and we are told all the bodies were
moved to this one. However there is no mention of this in the old
newspapers. There were burials on the Moffit Farm, 17 bodies were
moved to this cemetery in 1891. Dorchester village records were
destroyed by fire ? So this information is from a later
reconstruction.
